    I dont personally think the Kermit is that disruptive, its not full bright or super large. Even tho it originates from a 'kids show' and should probably be avoided to be worn I dont think it deserves a permanent ban.

    I see no reason not to give them another chance, they just need to be informed not to use those kinds of avatars on sim, gives a bad impression.

    It's a no for me personally. Wearing a child's toy avi to an adult sim is an active choice. My vote would be for a temp ban at the very least. Too much looking the other way on things regarding kids is dangerous.
